In 1996, God gave Pastor Sam a vision, and it was to serve the poor, homeless, and ex-offenders in Pinellas County.  This is how the St. Petersburg Dream Center became a reality.

His desire to serve "the least of these" comes from his heart for God and his passion to help those in need.  Pastor Sam's love for God's people is evident as he goes about his day blessing and uplifting people he meets daily.
